Please do not use all uppercase and multiple exclamation marks, question marks, etc. That applies to the body as well as the title. It makes posts very difficult to read and it looks awfully untidy.

Do not post promotional links. If you think someone may benefit from a commercial site, please send him or her a private message. Posting commercial links encourages others to sign up with the sole objective of promoting their products. Much of the time spent on maintaining this forum relates to dealing with commercial spam.

Please stay on topic. Topics should be posted to the relevant board. Subsequent messages should remain on topic. Topics unrelated to weight loss should be posted to the "Just for Fun Board".

Please keep your discussions courteous and constructive. Everybody is free to express their opinions as long as they do so in a courteous manner. Please respect the right of others to express their views.

Disputes and complaints: Please do not post complaints about other members or anything else on the boards. Such posts will be deleted. This is a voluntary low carb support group. Nobody is under any obligation in any way. If you are unhappy with other members, send a message to one of the moderators. If you are still dissatisfied, you should consider finding an alternative support group.
