At first I thought Induction wasnt working for me because I thought the birth control pills I started taking were working against me, until someone told me it could be that I'm using too many low-carb products.
Check it out and tell me what you think:
Breakfast: Morning Start bar - 2 net carbs
Lunch: 1 slice of Atkins bread - 3 net carbs
3-4 slices of turkey breast, or roast beef, or salami
Sugar free Jello
Atkins Endulge bar (somtimes) - 2 net carbs
Dinner: Steak or Chicken (seasoned with salt & pepper..no bbq sauces)
2 cups of Salad and 1 cup veggies
I don't really snack at night because I usually eat it along with my lunch
(Endulge bar or one of those atkins snacks..)
Do you think all those low-carb products are causing the problem?![]()
