Due to popular demand, we have added a "Progress Board" to help you “journal” your weight loss and hopefully motivate yourself and others. If you would like to participate, please start a new topic entering your own name as the subject. You may want to include the following information:

  1. Starting weight
  2. Target Weight
  3. Other relevant information including:


  • Medical conditions and medications
  • previous weight loss attempts


Every week or so, add an update to your own topic with your new weight and any other information, issues, feelings, thoughts etc.

Notes:

  • Please do not start a new topic each time you post your progress. It makes more sense to add to your original topic.
  • Please do not use titles such as "progress report". Please include your name in the title.
