this is my second time doing the atkins diet...the first time I lost 50 lbs and I slowly regained almost all of it over 3 years. this time it's a lifestyle change and I'm going to keep the weight off.
1 1/2 weeks into induction and 9 lbs have gone away! the first few days were hard, but now I don't crave the carbs most of the time. my goal is to hit 195 lbs...I can't remember the last time I was under 200 lbs. it feels good to be losing again!
