Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself! This is my first day on Atkin's and I'd like to lose about 25-30 lbs. I', 5'4" and I currently weight 158 lbs. I'm in my mid-40's and I have a pretty sedentary job. Three of my co-workers are on Atkin's and they've had really good success. I've read the book, stocked the fridge, and I'm ready to begin! My oldest son is in bootcamp, so I'm putting myself through my own bootcamp. Well, I'll be posting now and then and checking in for ideas and advice!
