    Induction Phase help PLEASE???

I started my induction phase, but I need help on good lunch Ideas.... I'm use to not eating until night and I just have no idea on what's a good thing to eat for lunch... If anyone who's already been through the induction phase would be so kind as to give me a few pointers on what to eat for lunch, I'd appreciate it!!!

When I am on induction, I mostly eat 2 cups of salad greens with a low carb dressing (Ranch, Ceasar, oil & vinegar, etc.) and some kind of meat and/or cheese for lunch. You can keep it interesting by varying the type of meat and cheese. You could also add some olives or avocado to your salad.

Of course, salad is not your only lunch option, but it is simple and easy.

    Good Luck!

I love chicken salad, tuna salad and egg salad. I make my own so that I know there are no hidden sugars.

It's a good idea to have something made ahead of time. If you have steak or chicken for dinner fix a few extra pieces to through on a bed of lettuce for lunch the next day.

Once you're past Induction try Subways wraps. I love them! And they're very filling.

And, hey, who says you can't have eggs and bacon for lunch?
