wanted to say hello...

I just wanted to say hello, and I may be posting here in the not too near future... was recently PRE-diagnosed with diabetes II.

So after I see the dietician, I will have a better idea of altering my atkins diet to a more diabetic way?!

I currently do not need to test and am only on a high cholesterol lipitor drug.

So what have you heard. Atkins should already pretty much set you up for a diabetic diet with the exception of reducing some of the fat. But it is already low in glycemic index.
