    GOOD pizza crust?

    Has anyone found a good "low carb" pizza crust? I have some of Bob's Red Mill low carb baking mix, but I haven't the slightest idea how to make pizza crust from it.

    What recipes for pizza crust have you tried, and did you like it, and what were the carb counts?

    I've made pizza on a crepe.

    Have you tried the mock french toast recipe using pork rinds? I'm going to use that same idea to make pizza crust. I just won't add the cinnamon or Splenda. Instead I'll add some granulated garlic and italian seasonings.

    I just improvised and used a low-carb tortilla for the "crust". It wasn't the greatest, but it was better than nothing
