Hi!
i have been told that i have been doing atkins all wrong and have benn ommitting veggies therefore having only 2 -3 carbs a day!
Having been a veggie addict before i have eaten them so much that the mere sight of them makes me wanna puke! I used to fill mt plate with cauliflower, broccolli, brussel sprouts, squash and swede and thats all I ate till i detested them all!
i dont know what to do???? Will taking more carbs in sausages and cheese and then taking multi nutrient supplements everyday help?
I am really desperate!
