Hi all,
im still doing well on the diet BUT...i have been eating pork rinds nearly everyday in place of my crisps. The problem is i have just noticed they have 'DEXTROSE' in them....this is a form of glucose right? and sugar means bad right? The thing is though, they have nil carbs.![]()
I AM STUCK AND CONFUSED AND HAVE PROBABLY BOTCHED UP MY DIET TOTALLY!![]()
Any help would be great.
