This is definitely a mind changing experience. My mind set is completely different this time around. I was sick and tired of yo-yoing constantly. I will never be that person I was. All other times I lost weight I considered it a "diet" and put the wieght back on. This is my life style. I watch what I eat constantly and deprive myself of nothing. Everything in moderation.

I know getting started is the hardest part but once you get past that and you actually consider this a life style you can only succeed. One day at a time. Don't set any unrealist goals for yourself and start off small. If you fall off the wagon get right back on. Don't say to yourself well I screwed up I'll just start again tomorrow. You have to start from where you messed up and go from there.

I am now 126lbs (lost 128lbs or 50.4% body fat)

Thanks I know I will never go back!!!!

Sis is doing well, she goes up & down with her weight but I think her mindset has finally changed this time and she is determined. I try to help & encourage her as much as possible. The main thing is she no longer smokes so that I am the happiest for. She gained some after she quit but now it's about a year and a half since she quit which is great. Now she is working on her weight. I'm sure she will be in a bikini this summer
