OK I finally got pictures to post

Then: 2 years ago around 248 & Last year about a month after starting Atkins mid 230's.



Now: At 171 before & after hair cut.




Only 31lbs to goal. Next picture won't be until I reach my goal of 140lbs.

You look so terrific!!! I can't believe the weight loss. It never ceases to amaze me how a good looking person gets better looking with the loss. Listen Twosis, ditch the avatar. It does not do you justice. You are so much more attractive than that stupid picture. I mean it. You are such an inspiration to me (have you been on Atkins for 2 years straight or have you had any slipups? Translate that to mean - are you a regular person or one of these supernatural ones?)
