hi i was just wondering i am 327.8lb at the moment. What did you do for exersize at this weight and for how long?

Hey blakeich if I recall correctly, it's been long time since talking with Jonathan, but he started out walking then he would run for as long as he could, then walk and he'd just do that back and forth. Eventually he began lifting a lot of weights and I am not sure at what point he started doing that if it helps.

I wonder what happened to him. I hope he is doing well.

I do try to keep up with Jonathan when possible. The last I spoke with him was over the summer. He is still in his relationship with Jessica and had moved into a new place together. No marriage bells yet!!

I have recently sent him an email be haven't gotten a response yet. I know he doesn't have access to the internet at work like he used to.
