    Thin Tastes Better

Has anyone ever read the book "Thin Tastes Better"? I especially wanted to know if Tuethis had read it. It is my favorite book on how to eat and maintain a healthy weight loss.

I have not read that book. What is the basis behind it. It might be interesting.

    Good Luck!

Basically it talks about how "diets" the way people think of Diets is not ever going to work. You have to think of diet not as a short term solution verb process that you do to something that is simply the way you choose to eat forever. Diet as a noun.

He advocates for some people giving up trigger foods forever and other healthy real eating solutions and habits. I just always enjoy re-reading it for extra motivation.
