Rich & Easy Low Carb Elegant Berries & ‘Tiramisu’
2 oz mascarpone (could substitute ricotta – but wouldn’t be as good)
1 Tbsp DaVinci Sugar Free Flavored Syrup (Caramel or Amaretto preferably)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Cognac
15 Raspberries
In small glass custard cup or dessert bowl, mix mascarpone with DaVinci syrup until smooth. Add cognac & mix until smooth. Add in cocoa powder & mix until smooth. Place berries on top & enjoy!
