Ingredients:
8 sticks of string cheese
1/4 cup Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce (4carbs)
1 package carbolite bread mix
1 teaspoon onion powder
garlic powder
1/4 cup of water
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
oregano
canola spray
(any additional ingredients you like)

How to Prepare:

1. Add teaspoon of onion powder to bread mix and mix bread mix according to directions.

2. Put in an oiled bowl for 15 to 20 minutes to rest.

3. Roll or pat out in a circle pan. (or the shape of your pan)

4. Put string cheese around edge of dough. Fold dough over cheese and pinch to seal it.

5. Spray the edges of the crust with oil. Sprinkle edges with oregano.

6. Bake at 425 F for about 5 minutes. (This gets the string cheese melting and the crust prebaking)

7. I mix the pizza sauce with the water. (1/4 cup has 4 carbs; I just need the illusion of sauce and the water only thins the sauce, not the flavor)

8. Spread sauce over crust.

9. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese.

10. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano to taste.

11. Add any other ingredients to customize.

12. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese and crust are lightly browned.
