Can I skip meals?

Dr. Atkins instructs us not to skip meals, or go for more than six waking hours without eating something. This consistency and moderation prevents significant changes to your blood sugar, that can cause cravings and overwhelming hunger. It is best, as you can imagine, to avoid those temptations as much as possible. Never let youself get really hungry; but only eat as much as is required to make you feel satisfied.
