Lets see, I need some more goals.

We'll set a long term goal of 250 lbs for July 1st

    and 14 lost for Jan.

    How do those sound.

Thats only like a 9 pound average for 6 months seems doable.

    I've become quite a fruit20 addict myself.
Nice change of pace from just water!

Fruit2O is good but it's not cheap here. About a dollar per bottle. I love Diet Rite Soda too which is Splenda and no caffeine, no sodium, no calories. It's made by 7up/Dr pepper.

Yeah, I buy it by the pallet at Sam's. It's 24 bottles for 9.50 ish. So it's only like 50 cent a bottle. Not too bad.

Consider I had a little coke habit ( the drink :P ), it's not hitting my wallet too bad. Plus, I consider that it's helping me out, and in the long run it will make things cheaper.

Anyway, most my friends and family know that I'm doing the Atkins thing now. It's pretty hard for them not to notice the 20 lbs.

Looks like this will be a pretty exciting new years!

I've got to check out Sams. I'm not sure where one is around here, but I couldn't find it at CostCo.

The one Sam's actually has two different flavor sets, so I can get 8 different flavors, which is pretty nice.

I went over the boarder today into Buffalo. I found diet-rite and fruit2o the first store I went in. I am so happy to have it, only tasted the diet-rite so far, it was good. I can't believe all the low-carb, no-carb candy in the American grocery stores. We hardly have any around here. I didn't buy any, and won't for a while, but it all looked so yummy. I'm so glad I went.

missed writing in my weight last week

It was 302 ish, I went as high as 303.5 during that week in the mornings

I think it was both the 3-5 Atkins weekies that I've read about and two the fact that I have been adding alot more fiber in my diet through nuts, pills and or fibbery (if that is a word :P ) veggies.

Anyway, didn't weigh in Sunday morning because I was out of town.

Monday morning 296.4 I weighed like 3 times to make sure it was right  .

It's still reading 32% on the BF.
