Thanks Tracey I do plan to kick some serious butt!

Man these lbs are just melting off like crazy - had 241.8 this morning. I knew I would probably have to step it up this time, so I had made a decision no cheese in the house except for parmesan until I get like 6 month in. It seems to be really paying off big time.

Still got the giant induction energy boost going on too.

dI am almost envious, I have been working on this for 15 days and I might have lost 5 pounds. Maybe I can lay the blame on big old and ancient-and redundant.

Who ever made up that old saying "all good things come to those that wait" must not have ever tried losing weight.

I am proud of you -keep up the good work.

I've probably peaked in the mid/high 260s, but I've got a week under my belt to go for <200!

I'll post up tomorrow when I get a weight. I was 257ish this morning, but I didn't really pay attention.
It's like deja vu all over again. had dropped off low carb again. hadn't been weighing. Knew it was getting bad from the clothes fit. put new batteries in the scale. 268-269 :|

anyway, back into it a couple weeks down into the very high 250s. I'll see what I'm at tomorrow and post a solid weight. Just been more focused on purging the carbs from my diet than the scale. I think I'm finally through the hell that is induction/atkins flu. I think this time was the worst case so far.

Love that Tril. Yes, welcome back Joe. We all have "issues" with eating or we would not be here. It takes time to work through them and the fact that you are back shows that you are still very willing to do that. Hope to hear from you again soon.
