I think any type of fasting thru the day is a good thing for the body. Especially if you eat earlier for your final meal, like don't eat dinner at 8
and when ya sleep your body repairs itself better without having food in its guts to digest and have to work that thru the body.
One reason alot of people in this world shut down their eating at a certain time....like no food after 6 or 7 kinda thing. To me the body loves that
IF can be a 'forced' scheduled plan in your life as you need.....or it can be a natural situation where you are in such deep ketosis that you naturally seem to curb your eating to less per day. So either way, IF in your life is a good thing
