I'm steadyed, back from a backpacking trip in Ireland. I have had great success with this site in the past, so saying hello again. The Irish menu did little for me but put weight back on. But I was happy to get food where I could. That's not the point; just happy to be back here and on this forum. I'll read some past intros from Aug and Sept. Hoping to get back into the flow of conversation. Out for my egg breakfast this morning with some sausage and BLACK coffee. Running 1.5 miles this afternoon with my group. We run two minutes and walk two minutes! Slow to start, and happy to be making the effort again!
