abs, i'm keeping my eye on you this winter...you have suffered enough on ice and snow...do your body a favor and behave!

chris, LOVE the truck...my truck is usually filled with junk too...what kind of tree is that in the front yard - it's awesome!...i am a tree nut...haha

picked up the snow shovels at the building today and cleared the snow, hoping the rest will melt tomorrow...

dw and i are going away overnight tomorrow...we have tix to see hall and oates at foxwoods resort casino in ct...i got her tickets for her birthday in august and booked a hotel room...can't remember the last time we stayed alone at a hotel...long overdue...

    what's everyone else up to?

love the pix, tony. they grow up so fast, don't they! I did not know hall and oates are still performing. enjoy the concert. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I still enjoy classic rock, which incl the "british invasion" I think my classical radio station made a mistake. last Saturday, the announcer said that today's opera would be Rossini's SEMIRAMIDE. but their own website has something different for this afternoon-2 short operas based on Edgar Allen Poe's THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER. so which will it be? I guess I will discover soon enough. also, I must commend the manufacturers of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN TUMBLER. I have it 1 year already, and it is worth way more than the $19.99 plus tax, s & h. it keeps hot stuff piping hot for up to 12 hrs, and cold stuff ice cold up to 24 hours. it is very refreshing when something actually does what the commercial said it does. today will be the usual Chinese repertoire (food wise). Pretty sure the tree is a Japanese Elm but not for certain. Here's the poor thing the other night.

I made potato soup in the slow cooker for the herd. I want some! Luckily the latest challenge at work ends this Wednesday and I'm in 2nd place by .1%. Yes my dopey-ness will do Stillman for 3 days just to try and win it.

Have done nothing but watch college football today. Oh, I did take the chainsaw to the brother-in-law. The old man and Thing 1 have been deer hunting all day, it's opening day of gun season. Last I heard they hadn't seen anything.

I do need to grocery shop, it's dark now so I'm in my jammies and done for the day LOL
