    vacation at beach wonderful. so hot but fab weather

    enjoying my zero carb life

    great burgers on grill, cheddar, swiss, with little A1 sauce yum
    steak
    wonderful 2 small pork loins on the grill that were fab
    more bacon and eggs
    sausages and a lot of them
    wonderful Cajun chicken breasts on the grill
    giant shrimp in old bay seasoning
    a lot of crab legs and butter
    scallops WEE!

    just zero carb and vacay go so well together
    hope everyone else is eating well

    Friday is food shopping day..
    We came home rather late to make a decent meal, so I took some small steaks out of the freezer and put them on the BBQ frozen.. They came out excellent.. I also added each a chicken sausage as well, as the steaks were small..
    Coleslaw and a bowl of our grape tomatoes from the garden was the veggie..
    I used to live to eat......... Now I eat to live.....
    Even a Fish wouldn't get into trouble if it would only keep its mouth shut..

    Having a container of Key Lime Greek yogurt, some grapes, and coffee right now. Getting ready to go to grocery store in a bit.

    nice big old chuck roast in crockpot for dinner meal tonight

    not sure on food, probably tuna later when hungry
    edited to say maybe some sardines with that also

    Sunday which means cooking day..
    I still have a ton (and I mean a ton) of oversize zucchinis and I really don't know what to do with them other than make zucchini loaves..
    I found a recipe to make zucchini fritters but no where does it say they could be frozen.. I have enough zucchini to make 10 loaves and about 50 fritters and still have lots of oversize zucchinis left over..

    Supper will be a BBQ for sure and most likely some sort of chicken on it..
    A salad from our garden and also zucchini on the BBQ as well..
    S/F pudding spiked for dessert..
    I used to live to eat......... Now I eat to live.....
