    Zero, you will be glad to her this. Yesterday I bought 3 rib eyes and 2Lbs of ground, grass-fed beef for burgers. I will cook them up for ME this week and give a carton of canned chicken to the food drive...... I have Avos. Oh shoot, just realized I have to go back and get onions....

    Sunday supper we had the balance of the stew I made.. There was still some left that I simply threw out in the garbage.. Enough !!!

    Monday is physiotherapy day for Princess in Espanola.. By the time we get home it will be almost supper time which means something rather fast and simple for supper..
    Burgers on the BBQ.. My premade frozen burgers made from minced turkey or minced chicken.. My burgers are about 1/3 pound each..
    A salad should go well with the burgers..

    dinner, small filet mignon, 2 lobster tails



    oh yes big big sale on tails. I got 9 packages I will be in lobster tail heaven for a while now HA

    Tomorrow (Tuesday) is another busy day..
    We have a meeting at 7:00 in Espanola which means an early supper..
    We will eat at 5:30 or so..
    I will be making salmon patties using a large can of salmon.. it will make 4 nice size patties, 2 each..
    Steamed broccoli..

    Steamed butternut squash, smashed with butter and chives
    S/F butterscotch pudding with heavy cream
    Pot of tea

    Steve, your meal sounds scrumptious, even sans hairball!

    Steak for me again this afternoon. Probably avo with it. Then a few nuts later and maybe blueberries with cream if I am adventurous.

    supper tonight (Thursday) was breakfast....
    We were out at physio and came home late.. I had nothing out for supper so I made breakfast..
    Took 8 eggs, beat them, added some heavy cream, made scrambled eggs.. I added some chives to the eggs for flavour..
    BBQ'd some veal sausages to go with the eggs..
    No dessert..
    Pot of tea.....

    dinner I have a nice ribeye steak and am going to eat up 2 small lobster tails to go with it. My surf and turf day
