    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA on the beer!!!!! Tough!

However, are you getting enough magnesium? It really may be a huge benefit in many ways for you. Look here at #6 and Deficincy

It is not just for keto-flu. I think a try to increase these minerals, sodium, potassium and magnesium may bring some relief to you in unexpected ways. Taking a one a day vitamin is not enough. We are all very low in potassium and magnesium anyway.

I am Arlene and Dr Mary Vernon says it best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaquSijXJkQ for me. I used to stand under my plum tree waiting for the fruit to ripen and fall, now I stand near a coconut tree.

Thanks, Zero. I did manage to get a little relief. I'm hoping legumes, pistachios, and a ton of water help me get back to normal.

At least my stupid belly is being good today!

According to the NHS in the UK: The bowel normally moves stools and waste products to the anus by a process known as peristalsis. This is when the muscles lining the bowel contract and relax in a rippling, wave-like motion. An increase in progesterone makes it more difficult for the bowel muscles to contract, making it harder to move waste products along.

Another fun tidbit I read about yesterday... Progesterone also relaxes the little flap in your stomach that keeps stomach acid down. When the flap is relaxed it's easier for acid to go up into the esophagus and literally burn it. That's why pregnant ladies (and I) are so susceptible to heart burn.

My latest digestive misery seems to have passed. I'm so relieved! And I had most of a cheeseburger with okra and tomato for dinner. It felt great to eat real food.
