    I like the flavor of fat, but I can't handle the texture of gristle. Ever since I was a kid it seriously grosses me out.

    I'm cooking tonight. No idea what yet, though. Chicken cacciatore? Chicken masala? Beef vindaloo? Tacos?

    Oooooo.... Tacos.

    Arlene, sorry you are so tired. Entertaining can be rough on us
    I hear when you are in that situation of eating/feeding others. Can throw us off our schedules, I never liked that!!

    Supper tonight (Friday) was B/S chicken thighs on the BBQ..
    I breaded them first to give them a nice crust and flavour.. Perfect decision as they were tender and juicy and tasty..

    Steamed broccoli with a mandarin sauce over it.. Again, different but delicious..

    Frozen blueberries with sliced bananas and heavy cream was the desert..


    This is one of the first meals I have cooked since my operation.. We both smacked our lips from this simple meal..
    I used to live to eat......... Now I eat to live.....
    Even a Fish wouldn't get into trouble if it would only keep its mouth shut..

    got 4 super thin pork chops for tonight for dinner
    brunch time? eh, maybe tuna? sardines? maybe a burger? who knows, not interested in food yet so will decide later if hungry

    Tonight we're going out again. It's kinda the 3rd day of my 3 day 40th birthday celebration. But tomorrow I'm making meatloaf! Got new ketogenic bread crumbs. Will see how well they work out.

    looks good but that sure ain't me

    all I got on the plate is plain meat or seafood HAHA


    easy day
    just put in a giant tray of country style ribs in oven. rare I use the oven thru summer but this time I just wanted a big old mess of my ribs, so they are cooking early now.....will be done before big heat of the day hits and oven will be off the rest of the day!

    will just eat this big old tray of ribs thru the whole day
    in total not hungry mode today which is always a blessing! love zero carb!

    Ha ha ha. This is the gluten free fried chicken I had for dinner. My birthday bash was tons of fun. Was a little naughty, as you can see, but the only thing that wasn't at least Primal was the breading on the chicken. Back to Primal keto today.

    Oh! And the bread crumbs are made with almond flour, coconut flour, eggs... all good stuff. I'll find out soon enough if they taste good.
