    What can I eat/drink to get rid of them?

    On the plus, I know I am in ketosis.

    Read this thread

    I take at least 1/2 to 1 tsp extra salt a day or I get headaches and leg cramps.As long as I am going to be in ketosis (I am planning on being here for a long time) I will take extra salt.

    Make sure you stay hydrated, that makes a different. Plenty of fluid and sodium if needed is good advice.

    You were probably not looking for this option, but I do not hesitate to take Tylenol, Ibuprofin or drink caffeinated beverages as well. I get headaches too and it is hard to stay on any kind of disciplined plan if you think it is causing these.
