6 eggs, separated
6 ounces of cream cheese
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Bob Mills Whey Concentrate-1 carb)
2 tablespoons Torani SF Vanilla Syrup

Spray waffle iron with oil and preheat.

In a large bowl beat egg whites and cream of tartar for 3-5 minutes until they form stiff peaks. Mix in yolks, cream cheese (I soften mine in the microwave for 20 seconds), and protein powder, and SF vanilla syrup. Blend until well combined.

Use about 3/4 cup of batter in the waffle iron. Cook 6 minutes. Makes about 4 waffles.
