I just went on Amazon to try to find the latest Atkins Diet Book, where do I start?

You don't want the latest on, you want Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, Revised Edition , 2002 publication. The ones written after ATkins died are full of advice to eat their 'products' Remember, fresh is always best and don't buy any processed foods with more than 8 ingredients.

Once you reach your goal, Atkins for Life is a good book to have too.
