Hi Everyone. I posted for the first time last week to introduce myself. I have to admit to you all, I am not the best at staying consistent on posting on the forums. I get so busy with work and home life!
Just a bit about myself first. I am a mother of 5. Oldest is 26 and Youngest is 13. I am engage to a wonderful guy, and I am Self Employed with my own Housecleaning Business.
I LOVE CARBS! They are easy to have around and eatI have just been watching my carbs for the past 2 weeks, and even after just the first weeks, but Energy level, and Mental alertness, has increased. I have NEVER been a morning person, and with watching my carbs, it really changes my mornings. I can wake up before 7am, and WANT to get up.
I do not have a meal plan, or complete knowledge of what is what, but I am taking it day by day.
My weight started at almost 159lbs, and I am at 154.1lbs now. I know that alot of people experience way more weightloss in the beginning, but I know that I have some muscle weight, and that makes a big difference. I am able to get back into some smaller clothes already, so I am noticing more of a change in my size, than my weight. I am fine with that.
I am happy to be active on the forums as I can. I look forward to getting to know some of you
