I was at dinner with a couple of friends. All of us are technically on diets. Three ordered burger/chicken sandwich and fries. Both were large servings, high in calories, fat and carbs. Two people ate everything; one ate no bun and half the fries. The noble and dedicated Atkins dieter had a steak and broccoli. (where is the sarcasm font when you need it?) Just a sad statement of the world of dieting.
