    LC Milk Mix

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone's tried the LC Milk Mix? I saw someone review it on another site and she said it was very good. ...not gritty tasting or anything. Anybody else tried this?

If you must have milk you'd be better off just with full cream milk and count the carbs.

    100ml whole milk gives 303g protein; 3.8g fat; 4.6g carbs; 66 calories

No, Laura, have not tried it.
I am Arlene and Dr Mary Vernon says it best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaquSijXJkQ for me. I used to stand under my plum tree waiting for the fruit to ripen and fall, now I stand near a coconut tree.
