i planned to eat what i wanted on xmas day but ate l/c until evening as i didnt feel the need to cheat. i had smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast and a lovely l/c lunch, i really didnt want to feel bloated and tired so skipped the roast potatoes, and had champagne jelly for dessert. my daughter bought me a bar of Marmite chocolate so i had 2 squares of that at night with 2 glasses of champagne. not a bad day really.
yesterday i was at my mother in law and done the worst thing possible for me, i had a slice of buttery toast, that was my most fav food pre l/c, and whilst it was nice tasting,it gave me a bit of a funny tummy afterwards.
back on track today though and i feel happy that i didnt go completely crazy with the carbs. I am setting a 7lb loss goal for jan/feb.![]()
