I'm so depressed. I've been eating, as I should, with the exception of one very smal bite of fudge. I don't think that is it. In the past I've had a small bite of something and it hasn't caused a gain. It's been day's ago, anyway.
It has been raining and very humid for 8 days straight. I have been known to gain when the weather is like this. My finger's are swollen. I feel huge. But my clothes are still loose. Getting on the scale, I keep looking for my weight to drop down. It should be with what I am doing. I'm drinking at least, 64 oz of water a day. Has the weather affected anyone else? Our body is make up of a lot of water, but this is ridiculous. I don't feel like cheating. Just sad.
I did have to use some pain meds for a condition I have for several days, and I am lowering my dose on some other meds. Reading the book, I know medication's can make it harder. But, didn't think it would allow a 4 lb weight gain which stays and stays. Not when I'd been losing before.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced gaining during a humid, rainy time? If this weather would get cold, like it is supposed to be at this time, I would feel better.
Thank you! I wish you all a good day!
