Can you give me some examples of what you ate today from morning to late?

I want to see how you guys practice the diet and if I can do it myself by not being a bacon and ham girl.

    Red face nina's menu

Hello and welcome! I'm new here too!

I feel really positive about this WOE, so I'm really sticking to it, even though I'm not losing a whole lot.
(5 lbs in a month). Of course, I only need to lose around 20-30 lbs, and I'm 47, so it will be slow (so Ive been told)

Anyway here is my menu for today:

B'fast: flax bread, 1 egg, parsey and cheese omelette, 2 sl. bacon

Lunch: sauteed cabbage, 2 pork chops

    snack: celery w/cream cheese

    Supper: green salad with tuna

Of course, lots of water throughout the day (2-3 liters)

    Hope this helps! Good luck!

You don't need bacon or ham for this diet if you don't like it..... use chicken or anything else you like! I have had a beef patty with mustard for breakfast and loved it!
    Welcome and keep in touch!
I am Arlene and Dr Mary Vernon says it best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaquSijXJkQ for me. I used to stand under my plum tree waiting for the fruit to ripen and fall, now I stand near a coconut tree.

agreed - i often have a hamburger (bunless of course) with mayo and cauliflower fried up for breakfast... so good - also chicken, sliced meats, eggs, steak fry-up, etc - there's a huge range of food we can have....

    coffee with cream
hamburgers, both for breakfast and supper (what can i say? it was a crazy busy day
    cauliflower, fried up
protein shake made with musashi vanilla, water, and coconut milk
kfc chicken pieces for lunch (yesyes i know, but we were out furniture-shoppiong and it was my best choice)
