I've been on the diet for 5 months as of this week and I have been stuck at 214lbs for about 6 weeks. I have been very carefully monitoring my carbs, eating.no more than 25 on a daily basis, eating around 12-15 on average, mostly from foundation vegetables and some cured meats.
I have been coupling the diet with the 5x5 stronglifts program, light cardio, moderate physical activity at work, and about 1800 calories.
The only things I can think could stall me are the small amount of thousand island I use as a dipping sauce, and the aspertame+caffeine in Coke zero. I have also decided to take a break from weight lifting since it stalls fat loss.
For those curious, I'm an apprentice plumber and do modereate exercise 5 times a week working, im 5'4.5, and weigh 214 at the moment. My BMR is 2200~
