hi, you need at least 15g of carbs just for veggies, so thats not leaving much for sweet treats, and anyway it will cause your blood sugar to spike so whatever you eat will be stored as fat. try and break the habit. i ate sugar free jelly, but that contains sweetner. the cravings will go soon so hang in there
