    Hi, this Monday I started my diet. I will make weighing only once a week. But in those four days I have noted loss measure.

    The big difference for the other diets is that I feel satiated (not hungry) ...

    Current weight: 92 kg (202 pounds)
    Desired weight: 75 kg (165 pounds)

    H Andrew! Welcome! Good to see you here! I agree, not being hungry is one of the best things about this way of eating. An it gets even better, the farther you go. I am a newbie here, but there is support that will answer your questions.

    Congratulations on the loose clothing!

    Hi Andrew good luck with your journey..
    I also agree the best thing about low carb is the not feeling hungry part
    which hopefully can become a lifestyle change instead of a diet for me at least..
    The once a week weigh in is a good idea, frustrating otherwise with the up and down variances..
