Hey my name is Ross I'm 22 and never really been a diet guy but started atkins today seems easy just keep carbs under 20g but i can see this getting harder mainly cause I love bread. I am 5.9 and use to be 265 may 2010 then cut down to 200 may 2011 no diet just went gym a few times a week, but now I have shot back up to 220. I know i should be doing this in the induction category but I am looking to upload photos of me at my starting weight and every week update my weight and every 2 weeks update a photo to see the physical difference.
