Hello Everyone! My name is Amanda and I just started Phase 1 of the Atkins Diet. I am 4 days into induction and feeling a little week and sick. I asume that is normal. I have done low carb diets on and off since 2005 and lost about 100lbs. I still want to lose 40lbs more but these last 40lbs just don't seem to want to go away lol That is why I decided to do the actual Atkins Diet. Hopefully it will kick start my weight loss again. I was wondering if any of you know any secrets to help sweet cravings during induction. Also are we allowed to drink Crystal Light in induction? I found vivalowcarb.com and it has tons of great stuff including zero carb bread and other zero carb items and im wondering if we are allowed these also? I eat tons of veggies and meet durring the day and drink lots of water at least 08oz a day usually a lot more and make sure I don't go over 20 carbs (12-15 being from veggies just like the book says). It is getting kind of boring and was looking to switch up flavors or something. Any advice? Also is it ok to stay on induction for longer then 2 weeks? Not sure I can lol I miss my fruit but I want to get rid of this weight more. Sorry about all the questions lol any advice will help. Thanks!!
