Hi all,
I started on Atkins yesterday. I am 170 lb and a vegetarian. I had 2 atkins bars and 2 atkins shakes along with veggies. At night, I got quite hungry and ended up eating a small bowl of rice.
So I guess it wasnt a very good start for me.
Today, I had 2 cups of mixed veggies (corn, green beans and carrots) and an Atkins bar and shake. I am already over 20 g of carb.
Any advice or comments?
