    Another week another pound. Continue to feel great and starting to move into OWL with a slow addition of acceptable carbs. My favorite site (other than here) is below:

    Week 1 = 296
    Week 2 = 295
    Week 3 = 293
    Week 4 = 290

    One more pound given to the black hole never to come back!!!! Yea! I also like that website and have some great LC cookbooks. Lots of very good tasting recipes to keep us on track.

    Another week another 2 pounds. Started into OWL by increasing carbs slightly and feel great! Not sure why my chest measurement went up, guessing bad measurement before. Waist size down feels great, have even had to tighten my belt one notch.

    Week 0 = 310
    Week 1 = 296 Chest = 46.5 Stomach = 50
    Week 2 = 295
    Week 3 = 293
    Week 4 = 290
    Week 5 = 289
    Week 6 = 287 Chest = 48 Stomach = 48
