I just finished my second day of induction and my energy feels much lower than usual. I suppose it could be some other cause, like hormones or stress. But I was wondering if that is a normal symptom. I'm 45 year old female, 5'1" 170 lbs and on Atkins for the first time. I figured this must be the only diet in the world that I never tried, so why not give it a shot. I think I have managed to keep it at or below 20g of carbs per day plus I'm exercising for one hour each day and getting plenty of sleep. So why is my energy level so low?
