I'm a 31 year old male that was up to 254lbs, I decided to start trying to live a little better. So I started Atkins a week ago, it's been going really well. I've lost 9lbs, yes I know it's water weight, but I still feel pretty good.
I've been doing real well with staying near or under 20g of carbs, and since I used to eat an entire meals worth of food every couple of hours I'm concerned. I've noticed this weekend (which is when I always always ate the most) that I'm very content with just 3 decent sized meals in a day.
I know that's the goal but it seemed awfully quick...
I guess what I'm wondering is, does that seem normal? Dumb question I know...lol...never dieted before, always just ate what I wanted.
