PS Yes, new clothes! I like to donate clothes that may still fit and get new colors and styles every once in a while. So go ahead and donate a few that fit and replace. I like to get rid of one when I bring a new one in. Keeps my closet under control! Lol

You are strong and will win these temptations! even after I told friends what I was doing they still said...."oh one won't hurt!" They don't know that with me it is never just one...... I have found that if I go to Costco once. Month and stock up, that it can be a pretty much grab and go. Bagged lettuce, I cut up veges for a week and keep in green bags in fridge and eat on salads, frozen pre-cooked and canned meats are good. I only cook meals when DH is home.

Good luck and keep up this journal, it helps!

Today is Friday and we are going upnorth tonight. I will be ok I think. Last night we went to the lodge to watch a movie. I ate before I left. Thank goodness. They had pizza and breadsticks and deserts. Didnt have anything. Oh yes I did I had 1 pepperoni. They also had chips. My favorite. Nothing!!! So proud of myself. My clothes are getting so loose. I cannot wait to get weighed in on Monday. I might sneek a peak this morning. heehee.

All giggly and excited for you here! It is so nice to feel the room in your clothes! And to feel so good about what you are doing as to not give in to all the temptations in front of you. I know about chips... (must have not been tortilla chips or you would not have been tempted! Lol ) I love the baked Lays chips.... But what we are doing now is so much more important than a few chips.... Whoop for us!

I am finally home!!! I did quite well!! No crap foods at all. What I did wrong was not eat enough. I had salads which Im not sure of the carbs. It was call micigan cherry. It had romaine lettuce, cheese, cherries, walnuts, tomatoes in a lowfat cherry vinagerette. Probably not good right? Probably alot of sugar. They had grinders (subs) so I figured what I ate was better than that. We shall see if it hurt me any cause tomorrow is weigh in day for me!!!! Ok got alot to do so I will see you all tomorrow!!!

That is fantastic. I lost 7 in the first two weeks. Wanted more..... BUT the loss is continuing at a good rate and I am happy. It will do the same for you, you are committed and make great choices.

I read somewere in the menus that you have a hamburger on the bottom cheese and lettuce. I had that for dinner. I put mustard on it. It was declicious. I cooked about 4 patties for the week. Just in case. I know why I didnt lose over the weekend like I should. When I was at the store I looked up the cherry vinagarette. wowza. More carbs than I thought. So its ok over and done wit and I lost anyways. It will show up next week.
