I have been looking at my journal I keep with my weights and so far is like I stay the same for about 2 weeks and then I will lose. So maybe its my body adjusting. Last week these pants I could get on but way too uncomfortable to wear for even a day so something is going on. But I'll take it!!

YEA!!!!!! The pants fitting is a big acheivement. Even a half a pound gone is not a half a pound found! You go girl!
Thank y ou everyone!! You would think this would come to a end sooner or later!!!!!!!!! But bite my tongue Im glad it hasnt!!!!!!!!!!! Cause I dont mind eating this way forever and ever. So what I give up bread. Dont miss it. I gave up pop. Dont miss it. I drink tea. I gave up candy. Oh hold on I do miss that! I miss the cadburry eggs. grrrrrrrrrrrr. But I am not going to have one. Cause one will lead into two , three and more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And on a positive note. . . .I havent split my pants yet!!!!!!!! And Im done working.
