sour cream

i like sour cream but the stuff i buy says it has sugar in it ,have looked in supermarket for stuff that has no sugar,
what do other people do,make it them self's? if so any recipe for it

Yes it's easy - get some fresh single or double cream and stir in a tablespoon of lemon juice. Leave for about an hour and you have natural soured cream
