Hi guys,
I used to know this awesome website where you could put in what you ate, what kind of excercise you did etc and it would show you a graph of everything and it really made it easy to keep track of things like carb, fat, protine, calories and excercise whilst doing the Atkins plan. Does anyone know about this one or another similar? I can't for the life of me remember the one I used to use. Thanks![]()
