Hello! I restarted Atkins 5 weeks ago and have lost a total of 12 lbs. One week was my TOM, another week I went away for the weekend with my best friend and stuck to eating under 20 carbs but we had about a bottle of wine each that night. So I knew it may take a day or two to start loosing again, but all week I have not lost one lb. I worked out 3 times this week doing about 30 min weights and 40 min cardio. The other weeks I also swam about 40 min of laps. I think I am undereating maybe and not eating enough veggies. I am still in ketosis. Ok here is what I ate yesterday.Fri- Breakfast-1 hard boiled egg and a string cheese, lunch- two cheeseburger patties w/ out the bum from MCD no ketchup just onions, mustard and dill pickle. a piece of low carb chili relleno, for snack a sugar free soda with about 2 tbs of cream. Dinner- more chili relleno and a salad with 2 cups lettuce, cucumbers and toms and ranch. snack- a sugar free jello cup. Also I drank over 2 liter of water. I usually eat more veggies. Like a huge salad for dinner with a cup of brocolli for lunch. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! : )
