    please need help before the morning

    hello every one im on my second day of the atkins diet and i am 21 and goin on holiday in 42 days and want to feel comfortable in a bikini as i have not worn one for nearly 5 years its since i had my little boy n i am a nervous wreck about wearing one. i need another alternative to eggs for my breakfast because i know im going to get fed up with them and they will start to knock me sick please help xxx

    You certainly don't need to eat eggs on Atkins! Get out your Phase One/Induction Foods List. Anything and everything on that list is acceptable for breakfast.

    where can i buy atkins diet foods from because i have looked and cant seem to find anything any where x

    What are you looking for? Meals? There aren't any. There are shakes and bars for snacks. On Atkins you eat real, whole foods you cook yourself. Atkins is not Jenny Craig. LOL

    well i have seen something about atkins mini muffins for breakfast that sound ok i just cant face having eggs again lol

    I will tell you that I also have problems with the egg thing over and over and over, So I started eating supper for breakfast, I did not eat all of my salad for dinner this evening so I will finish it in the morning. What ever suits me is what I will eat. hamburger, with bacon, salad, celery with tuna salad. Its ok to shake it up. baked talapia yummy.

    thankyou so much joyful id never thought of that and it is so helpful i cant tell u how much i appreciate ur help i was just thinking of skipping breakfast which i know isnt good but i wasnt getting any other helpful alternative u are my diet saver lol xxxx

    Baked talapia is fish fillet, and I like it baked with a small amount of butter, and spices of what ever sounds good at the time. I love fish.

    Archie you can eat anything 'on the list' you just have to get out of thinking of certain foods as breakfast foods. Tril is right, you can't eat any processed food at all because it is all high carb and one of the health benefits of this way of eating is that you HAVE to cook ( or make salad) and so you don't eat any junk.
    Often I save some of my evening meal and have it for breakfast. If you don't like eggs how about bacon and mushrooms fried in the bacon fat? Also try Stevie's linseed bread, that's fantastic to make a bacon sandwich with, the recipe is on a sticky in 'recipes' section
